Sexual intercourse by the couple in and around the ovulation time (mid menstrual period) is essential for pregnancy. One menstrual cycle is on an average 28 days between 2 menstrual periods. This may vary from woman to woman. The treatment is carried out on a per menstrual cycle basis. Information on the menstruation calendar of recent months is helpful. Date of travel for treatment will be synchronized with the diagnosis of infertility and day of the menstrual cycle.
Usually one course of Infertility/ IVF treatment is carried out per every menstrual cycle (one cycle). If no pregnancy occurs in that cycle, the whole course of treatment is repeated in the next / another cycle. The cost of treatment, referred here under, is for one cycle of treatment only. The primary diagnostic investigations and surgical operations will not be repeated.
